VENUE AND TRAVEL
If you will use Groome Airport Shuttle to drop you at Asilomar (or hotel), you must reserve at least 72 hours in advance. Find Asilomar Campus Map here labeled with ENC activities (also included in conference bag and mobile app).

PRESENTER GUIDELINES
Be ready for your talk or poster presentation.

NAME BADGE & BAG PICK-UP
Find us in the Triton building from 10am - 8pm Sunday and then starting at 8:00am Monday. 

ATTIRE AND WEATHER
 The conference is casual and you should be dressed for walking comfortably outdoors in sunshine and rain. This means comfortable shoes and layered clothing to stay warm. Anticipate significant temperature swings depending on fog/marine layer.

OBSERVING RAMADAN AND
WISH TO HAVE SPECIAL HOUR MEAL SERVICE?
