Health & Safety
Posted September 6, 2022
The 64th ENC is planned as an in-person conference. By registering for the conference participants acknowledge that COVID-19 is an infectious virus that spreads easily through person-to-person contact and may cause serious illness to individuals who are unvaccinated and/or have certain medical risk factors. Federal and state public health authorities and ENCwill issue basic health and safety guidelines aimed at mitigating the spread of the virus. Participants understand attending ENC 2023 may increase the risk of contracting COVID-19. ENC in no way warrants that the protective measures prescribed for ENC will completely prevent exposure to the COVID-19 virus. Participants agree to follow all public health and safety guidelines to attend the 64th ENC and freely and voluntarily assume the risk of COVID-19 exposure and infection.
As the pandemic continues to evolve we will create a health & safety program for the in-person conference. Protocols COULD include the following. A final health & safety plan will be in-place within 30 days of the meeting.
