What registration includes

Registration fees

Your fee depends on where you stay. Book your Asilomar room through the ENC reservation link on the Lodging at Asilomar page to get the Discount rate.

• Regular: PIs, professionals, academic staff and postdocs.
• Student: full-time students, up to and including PhD, at the time of the conference. Postdocs register as Regular.
• Discount: you book an Asilomar room through the ENC reservation link.
• Out of Block: you book Asilomar directly or through a reseller such as Expedia, or you stay somewhere else.

Meals and social event

Out of Block attendees buy these during registration. The form shows only the items that match your lodging choice.

Companion badge

A spouse, friend or caregiver attending with you needs a companion badge ($50). Add it during registration.

Change or add to your registration

Log in to your registration and click Edit Registration to add social event or meal tickets, add a companion badge, or change your lodging choice. If you can't find your record, email enc@enc-conference.org.

Cancellations

• Cancel on or before March 19, 2027: full refund minus a $50 fee.
• After March 19: no refunds.
• Registrations can't be transferred to another person.
