Please follow these instructions:

• Download the MS Word document for invitation letter template to your device using the link above.
• Replace the yellow highlighted text with your personal information. If your name appears differently on your passport (vs. your conference registration or submitted), this is not a problem, but we suggest you use your name as it appears in your passport in your invitation letter. 
• The passport number and arrival/departure dates are optional and can be included or not, at your discretion.

Once you have entered your information, remove the yellow highlights, save the file as a PDF.

If you need a contact person name and address for a travel visa application, please use the name and contact details included in the signature block of the invitation letter.
