Please review the abstract deadlines, topics, and submission procedure below so that you have all the information required prepared before you start your online submission.

International attendees that need a letter of invitation for visa applications, please send requests to enc@enc-conference.org.

Abstract Deadlines & Eligibility

JANUARY 9 DEADLINE: Oral Abstracts & Early Acceptance Posters
After January 9, the sooner an abstract is submitted, the more chance it has of being considered for an oral presentation, if that is your preference.

MARCH 6 DEADLINE: Final Deadline for Posters / Late-Breaking

There is a limit of one abstract per presenter.

Submission Topics

All submissions (oral and poster) will select one of eleven broad topical areas that best suit the abstract.

If you are an Invited Speaker, you will see there is a topic called 'Invited Speaker', select this!

Acceptance of Abstracts

Compliance with all stated conditions including adherence to the deadline is required. Acknowledgement of receipt of completed abstracts will be sent via email upon submission.
The abstract submission period closes following the late-breaking deadline.
The Executive Committee reserves the right to accept or reject submissions.
Presenters of accepted abstracts must register to attend the conference by the Early Registration Deadline. If presenter for a poster or oral is not registered by the Early Registration Deadline the abstract (oral or poster) will be withdrawn from the conference program.

Submission Procedure

You will need to create an account with SoftConf/START software (this is the platform that powers abstract submission). If you created an account for a previous ENC, you can use the same account. There are forgot username/password links to help you locate your account.
You can only be the presenting author on ONE ABSTRACT. There is an option to designate other authors as the presenting author so the submitter does not need to be the presenting author.
Enter author information. You will need the affiliation and email address of all co-authors.
Enter your abstract title in title case. (This Is a Sample of Title Case.) Titles are limited to 20 words.
Enter your short abstract (120-word limit), no html codes.
Upload your long abstract (PDF). This uploaded document may contain graphs, figures, and tables. View sample of extended abstract.
Save your abstract by clicking the “Submit” button on the bottom of the screen. You can return to the abstract site and edit your submission any time prior to the March 1 deadline.
