LEAD RETRIEVAL at the conference: New! Use the built-in Mobile App Lead Scanner
New option built-in to the conference App, compatible with Android & iOS:
The conference mobile app now features a built-in lead scanner. Details on how it works HERE. All registrants including vendor complimentary registrations and booth staff have access to the mobile app. If you have not already installed the conference mobile app, do so NOW. Use these Sample badges for testing lead retrieval.
Option for iOS only (no longer compatible with Android), BadgerScan:
Due to changes with Google developer requirements, BadgerScan app now only works with iOS devices. Learn more about Badgerscan. If you have an iOS device and will use BadgerScan, review the Lead Capture Checklist by BadgerScan BEFORE you travel to the conference. Use these Sample badges for testing lead retrieval.
All exhibitors will received a pre-conference registration list on April 1. The list included Name, Affiliation, State/Region for each pre-registered attendees. Additional contact information was provided for those attendees that opted in to share their details with conference exhibitors.

Booth Move-in (two options):

Thurs, April 10, 4-6pm
Exhibit Booths include these items: 8’ High Back Drape 3’ High Side Rails (1) 6’ Skirted Table (2) Side Chairs (1) Wastebasket 7” x 44” ID Sign. One free full conference registration. Additional Exhibits-only badges can be purchased for $300.
Not Included with Booths
These items may be ordered from Tricord.
Carpeting is not included
Electrical is not included (e.g. if you want a plug at your booth)
Lighting is not included. Clip lights may be ordered.
Suite Move-in:
Sun, April 6, 12-4pm (unless other arrangements confirmed with ENC and Tricord)
Suite Move-out:
Thurs, April 10, 8am-12pm
Hospitality Suites include a basic set-up of banquet tables and chairs that you need to order from your Asilomar event services manager. Two free full conference registrations. Additional Exhibits-only badges can be purchased for $300.
Not included with hospitality suites and where to order:
Speciality furniture (cocktail tables, heaters, soft furnishings and services (drayage, assembly, extra power drops) - order these items from TriCord
Catering services, standard infrastructure (incl. banquet tables and chairs), internet - order these items from Asilomar(your assigned convention services manager)
