Exhibitor Toolkit 2025

We look forward to your company's participation at the Joint ENC - ISMAR Conference, April 6-10, 2025.

A prospectus of offerings available to vendors will be posted here in late September. We anticipate a strong demand for booth space so if your company is interested, please sign up as soon as possible once the prospectus is available. Opportunities will include exhibit booths (limit of ONE per organization), rotating banner in the mobile app, literature insert for the conference bags, email blasts to attendees, and more.

If you have not exhibited at the ENC in the past and wish to be added to our vendor contact list, please send a message to with a POC for your company. 

A note about hospitality suites. Vendors with hospitality suites at the ENC 2024 will be given first-option on returning to their hospitality suite in 2025. We anticipate little to no change among these spaces. We will offer some small suite spaces near Heather which will be used as a session room in 2025. 

What's Included with an Exhibit Booths or Hospitality Suite

Exhibit Booths include these items: 8’ High Back Drape 3’ High Side Rails (1) 6’ Skirted Table (2) Side Chairs (1) Wastebasket 7” x 44” ID Sign.

Not Included with Booths
(if you want these items, you need to order from Tricord).

  • Carpeting is not included
  • Electrical is not included (e.g. if you want a plug at your booth)
  • Lighting is not included

Hospitality Suites include a basic set-up of banquet tables and chairs that you need to order from your Asilomar contact. Below are items NOT included with hospitality suites and where to order:

  • Speciality furniture (cocktail tables, heaters, soft furnishings and services (drayage, assembly, extra power drops) - order these items from TriCord
  • Catering services, standard infrastructure (incl. banquet tables and chairs), internet - order these items from Asilomar (your assigned convention services manager)

Cancellation Policy

      • On or before January 31, 2025, company will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of total paid.
      • After January 31, 2025, no refunds. There will be no exceptions.
