HOW TO WATCH ORAL SESSION RECORDINGSThis will help you know where to find recordings of each oral session.

Please bookmark the planner in your browser for easy access, https://ativ.me/ycu. The online planner is designed for Chrome and Safari browswers, please use one of these.

How do I login to the Online Planner or Mobile App?
Registered attendees use the following credentials to sign-in to the online planner and mobile app. 

Username: email address used for conference registration  Password: last name used for conference registration

IF You Already Have the 2025 or 2024 App (EventPilot app) Installed on Your Phone from last year

  • Go to store and perform any needed updates for EventPilot.
  • Next, open the ENC25 app (EventPilot see icon above) and select the More button (lower right corner of app Home screen).
  • Next select 'Change Event', enter the Event Code: ENC26 and then login using email and last name used for your conf reg.
  • IF the above does not work. Simply UN-install the EventPilot app and reinstall following steps 1-3 above.


How-To Install the Mobile App

1. Search for and download the free 'Eventpilot Conference App' from the iOS App and Google Play stores.

2. When prompted for a code, enter in ENC26 (no spaces, not case sensitive)

3. When prompted for username and password after the app has installed, use your ENC registration email as username and your lastname as password (just like the online planner!)



Watch Oral Session Recordings in the Online Planner & Mobile App

These platforms are accessible to registered conference attendees ONLY.  Session recording recordings will be available 1-2 days after the live session. Recordings access will expire June 1, 2026.
