Vendor Sponsor Packages

$1,500 - Contributor

• Your company receives a dedicated page on www.enc-conference.org. You provide graphics, text/description about your company, documents to download (or links to documents/videos on your own site.) This dedicated will be live through September 2021 as an ongoing resource for the ENC community. Your page on ENC website will be accessible to all (not just conference registrants.)
• Literature insert into conference bags. ENC will send all advance conference registrants a 'stuffed' conference bag. Your item may be a single of piece of literature or a lightweight give-away.
• Your company logo listed on conference sponsor page and included in digital program / book of abstracts.
• One free registration to the virtual event.

$4,500 - Program Sponsors

All of the above, plus:

• Dedicated email blast regarding your company's activities / business as it relates to NMR and the ENC community. Your company provides the HTML code for the email blast.
• Webinar slot for your company (you determine the program / what you wish to present) that is concurrent with other sponsors at this level. The webinar slot will be within the main program hours. Maximum 4 concurrent webinars.
• One page advertisement in digital program / book of abstracts.
• Five free registrations to the virtual event.

$10,000 and above - Major Sponsors

All of the above, plus customized options to maximize recognition and participation in the virtual event. Please inquire to jennifer@enc-conference.org for details.

A la Carte Items for Vendor Involvement

Literature Insert in Conference Bags - $1,000

Literature insert into conference bags. ENC will send all advance conference registrants a 'stuffed' conference bag. Your item may be a single of piece of literature or a lightweight give-away. Deadline to receive your insert is March 5.

Full-page Advertisement in Digital Program / Book of Abstracts - $1,000

Color, 8.5x11 size (no cropmarks), high-res PDF.

Email Blast to ENC Community - $1,200

Company provides HTML message that ENC will distribute via its email servicer. Message to be sent to full ENC email list (approx. 2500) inclusive of conference registrants.

If your company signed up Contributor or Program Sponsor packages, please send these items as soon as possible so we may build your website page.

March 1 - Email message (HTML code)
If your company signed up Program Sponsor package. You will provide HTML that we will use in our email software, iContact. We will schedule the send based on your preference. Instructions and sample email in HTML format. Please note that trackers/tracking tags are not accepted by our email software.

March 1 - One-page Advertisements for digital Final Program/Book of Abstracts
Please send your one-page advertisement as a high-res PDF. No cropmarks. Size to US Letter (8.5in wide x 11in tall).

March 5 - Literature Insert
Send your literature insert to the ENC office to arrive by this date.
