Awards at the ENC

The Gunther Laukien Prize carries a monetary award of $20,000 funded by Bruker and is intended to recognize cutting-edge experimental NMR research with a high probability of enabling beneficial new applications. Nomination deadline is October 31.

For Postdocs and Graduate Students

New for 2022! The Anil Kumar Travel Award of $1,000 for ENC conference travel recognizes a postdoctoral fellow or late stage graduate student whose research and submitted abstract of the applicant shows work with significant involvement in the development and applications of advanced NMR techniques or methods. The Anil Kumar Travel Award of $1,000 for ENC conference travel recognizes a late stage graduate student or postdoctoral fellow whose research and submitted abstract of the applicant shows work with significant involvement in the development and applications of advanced NMR techniques or methods. Learn more & apply. Deadline is January 14.

    JMR Awards of $500 are conferred on three Ph.D. students or postdoc fellows based on the abstract they submitted for the conference. Learn more. There is no application needed, simply indicate that submitted abstract will be presented by postdoc or graduate student.

    For Graduate Students Only

    The Ritchey Travel Award of $1,000 for ENC conference recognizes a late stage graduate student whose work shows significant involvement in the development and applications of NMR techniques. 

    ENC Student Travel Stipends of up to $300 each are distributed among applicants who submit an abstract for presentation.
