ASILOMAR ACCOMMODATIONS for Conference week (APRIL 10 - April 15, 2011). Lodging at Asilomar includes five nights and three meals per day (except dinner on Thursday) through lunch on Friday. All rooms are non-smoking and have private bathrooms; however, rooms do not have telephones or televisions. Conference week lodging is limited to conference registrants. Guests may not occupy Asilomar lodging. Lodging must be booked through ENC. Both single and shared rooms are available for the conference week
- Single rate (one person, one bed): $1,000 for 5 nights and meals
- Twin rate (2 people, 2 beds): $615 per person for 5 night and meals
- Triple or quad (3-4 persons, 4 beds). $450 per person for 5 nights and meals ROOMMATES.There are a limited number of single rooms available for the conference week. If you wish to be assigned a specific roommate, please be sure the roommates registration arrives within one week of your registration. If there are discrepancies in roommate choices, we reserve the right to make suitable placements. Please coordinate with your intended roommate(s) to assure that your names appear on each other's forms.
SATURDAY, APRIL 9. There are a limited number of rooms for arrival on Saturday afternoon prior to the conference. The weekend rate includes meals beginning with dinner on Saturday through lunch on Sunday.

- Twin Rate: $120
OFF-SITE PARTICIPANTS. There is a charge of $100 to those who are not lodging at Asilomar. This fee is assessed by Asilomar to cover use of the facilities by off site participants.
ALTERNATIVE LODGING. A list of lodging in Pacific Grove is available online. ENC will provide shuttles to locations on Asilomar and Lighthouse Blvd.
