CONFERENCE WEEK APRIL 14 - 19, 2013
Lodging at Asilomar includes five nights lodging and meals (dinner on Sunday through lunch on Friday), taxes and fees. All rooms are non-smoking and have private bathrooms; however, rooms do not have telephones or televisions. Asilomar provides WiFi throughout the grounds, including guest rooms.  Conference week lodging is limited to conference registrants and their guests.

Single Room (one person,one bed):  $1,225, includes meals, taxes and fees.
Includes:  5 nights lodging, taxes, fees and $305 for all meals (dinner on Sunday through lunch on Friday).

Twin Room (2 people, 2 beds):  $775 per person, includes meals, taxes and fees.
Includes:  5 nights lodging, taxes, fees and $305 for all meals (dinner on Sunday through lunch on Friday).

Triple or Quad (3-4 persons, 4 beds):  $550 per person, includes meals, taxes and fees
Includes:  5 nights lodging, taxes, fees and $305 for all meals (dinner on Sunday through lunch on Friday).

Roommates
If you wish to be assigned a specific roommate, please be sure the roommate(s) registration arrives within one week of your registration.  If there are discrepancies in roommate choices, ENC reserve the right to make suitable placements. Please coordinate with your intended roommate(s) to assure that your names appear on each other's forms.   If you wish to share a room with a guest, the per person charges above will apply.

Guests
Per person charges above also apply to guests who occupy a room with a registrant.

Saturday Night Stay (April 13, 2013)
There are a limited number of rooms for arrival on Saturday afternoon prior to the conference. The weekend rate includes meals beginning (dinner on Saturday through lunch on Sunday), taxes and fees.
