The conference dates are April 15 - 20, 2012.  A limited number of rooms are available for arrival as early as April 13.

Single room:  $185/night plus applicable taxes

Double or twin room:  $185/night plus applicable taxes.  Add $10 per person per night for more two in a room.

STUDENTS:  There are a limited number of rooms at a special rate of $109 plus taxes for a single or double.  To qualify you must be a full-time student at the time of the ENC and registered for the conference.  An accompanying person is not qualified and may not occupy a student rate room.  To request a student room, provide a copy of student ID for each person who will occupy the room plus research advisor's name and email.  Email to enc@enc-conference.org.  You will receive a special link to reserve a student room.  The link may be used only by the students who request it.  ENC will cross check the hotel reservation list against the list of students who requested the student rooms from ENC.  The rate on unqualified reservations will be adjusted to $185.
